Quality is not a promise we make at the start and hope to keep. It is a protocol we run through the whole project, stage by stage. Nothing moves forward until the checks for that stage are complete and signed off.

Three things we do on every project, without exception
Test certificates held on record for your project
Concrete, steel and waterproofing tests generate certificates. Every one of them is filed against your project and handed to you at handover.
Any non-conforming material is returned before it enters the building
If a delivery does not match the grade or brand in your contract, it goes back. No exceptions, no substitutions without your knowledge.
Warranties
The work does not end at handover.
We stand behind what we build with warranties that are written down, not spoken.
10-year structural warranty
The structure we build is covered for ten years. If something structural is wrong, it is our problem to fix, not yours.
5-year Brick Bat waterproofing warranty
Leakage is the most common complaint homeowners have after moving in. Our waterproofing is covered for five years.

Two projects we think about often.
We finished the house anyway.
One of our clients ran into serious financial trouble halfway through building his home. Walking away would have been the easy decision. We stayed, and we completed the house. At the housewarming he had tears in his eyes, because someone had kept their word. He put our company name up outside his home. Nobody asked him to.
He came back, and we fixed it.
